'Come Celebrate The Living Lord With Us!

The Red Hill United Methodist Church is located on Red Hill Road about one mile from Hwy 50.  Turn beside the large church sign.  Wind up the hill to the church.  We believe Jesus Christ is the Son of God, alive again after having died for our sins...as scripture teaches us.   We believe He taught us to serve Him daily through worship, ministering to each other and to strangers in our midst, reaching out to those in need, supporting mission efforts at home and abroad and frequent fellowship that we might stand strong and united in Him.  We welcome anyone to explore what they believe as they worship and fellowship with us. 

Red Hill United Methodist Church is an active Body of Christ currently supporting a Missionary Family in Africa, the Parkersburg Urban Ministries program, local Christian radio and youth ministry while also sending support to the West Virginia Annual Conference for local and foreign ministries and mission projects.  Red Hill UMC also provides community ministry outreachto a local nursing home through a monthly worship service on last Monday of every month.

TheYouth of Red Hill UMC are active and meet at 6:30 pm on Sunday nights. Activities and events are planned throughout the year.   The Children's choir meet for singing and fellowship at 6:30 pm on Wednesday nights while parents are in Bible study. Adult Bible studies and family outingsare planned throughout the year, including a late summer picnic.   Red Hill UMC join their sister church,Murphytown UMC, in other fellowship and worship opportunities as well, such as a Christmas Eve candlelight communion service .  Check the newsletter calendar for the latest news.
